Appointments are confirmed only after you receive written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our concierge team. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges. We reserve the right to decline future appointments in such cases.
3.4 No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a confirmed appointment without notice, we may charge a discretionary fee or restrict future bookings to protect the experience for other clients.
4. Products, Services & Pricing
All garments, fabrics, and services are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) or as agreed during consultation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Complimentary alterations are included with purchases within our standard policy (details provided at the time of purchase). Bespoke and made-to-measure services are subject to separate consultation and agreement.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to the natural characteristics of premium fabrics and handcrafting.
